Position Title: Luxury Cruise Sales Advisor

The successful Luxury Cruise Advisor will leverage their expertise and experience in the cruise industry to achieve sales objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. As a Luxury Cruise Advisor, exceptional communication skills and strong sales acumen are essential, along with a commitment to providing a premier experience for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert qualified leads into sales to generate new business while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Meet established performance metrics.
  • Demonstrate motivation and initiative by making a high volume of calls daily.
  • Encourage potential clients to purchase premium offerings and secure optimal deals.
  • Foster relationships with existing clients through proactive communication to enhance repeat business.
  • Maintain detailed prospect lists and contacts in our Salesforce database to identify travel trends and opportunities.
  • Communicate effectively with your Concierge Manager to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand clients' budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes.
  • Build and sustain quality relationships with customers by delivering outstanding service and addressing their needs.
  • Utilize Salesforce to keep an updated database of sales opportunities and existing reservations.
  • Participate actively in daily team meetings and relevant training sessions to refine sales techniques and ensure accurate information dissemination.
  • Monitor sales cycle progress monthly and quarterly to ensure acquisition goals are met.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain operational integrity.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and company offerings to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record of converting leads.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and the sales process.
  • General knowledge of world geography.
  • Understanding of luxurious travel destinations is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in using designated software to manage client accounts.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all team members.
  • Excellent active listening skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Capacity to address and respond to client concerns and preferences.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to make numerous calls daily.
  • Experience in cruise or travel sales is preferred.
