Luxury Cruise Connections seeks a motivated individual who can transform leads into loyal clients by delivering outstanding customer experiences, insightful travel recommendations, and precise bookings. The ideal candidate will be recognized as a knowledgeable expert, aiming to turn every client into a referenceable account.

The successful Luxury Cruise Advisor will leverage their expertise in the cruise industry to achieve sales objectives and enhance customer satisfaction. Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing a premier experience are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert qualified leads into sales to drive new business and fulfill client requirements.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Meet established performance metrics.
  • Proactively engage in high-volume outreach, making numerous calls daily.
  • Encourage clients to purchase premium offerings and secure optimal deals.
  • Foster relationships with existing clients through regular communication to enhance repeat business.
  • Maintain a detailed prospect list in our Salesforce database to identify travel trends and promote our services effectively.
  • Ensure consistent communication with your Concierge Manager to deliver exceptional service.
  • Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand clients' budgets, timelines, and decision-making processes.
  • Build and sustain quality client relationships by delivering superior service and meeting their needs and expectations.
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage current sales opportunities and reservations.
  • Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to refine sales techniques and ensure accurate information is relayed to clients.
  • Monitor sales cycle progress to ensure acquisition goals are met.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain operational integrity.
  • Gain comprehensive knowledge of industry offerings to effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing, including promotions and upgrades.
  • Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and the sales process.
  • General knowledge of world geography.
  • Awareness of luxury travel destinations is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • Proficient in using designated software to manage client accounts.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with all team members.
  • Strong active listening skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Capacity to understand and respond to client needs and preferences.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to make numerous calls daily.
  • Experience in cruise or travel sales is preferred.
