We are seeking skilled Luxury Fashion Sales Consultants to enhance our boutique experience. This role offers a competitive hourly wage plus bonuses. Our Sales Consultants are not merely salespeople; they are creators of memorable shopping experiences, tasked with nurturing and expanding their client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through effective client engagement and persuasion.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product offerings and care.
  • Stay informed about new arrivals, customer service protocols, and store policies.
  • Develop and cultivate a personal client portfolio to ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Adhere to customer service standards, including proper greeting techniques and handling of returns and exchanges.
  • Gift wrap and package items for customers with care.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including answering inquiries and processing orders.
  • Contribute to merchandising and visual display initiatives.
  • Support inventory management and replenishment efforts.
  • Ensure the sales floor is clean and organized, upholding high standards of presentation.
Essential Tasks:
  • Accurately process all sales transactions while maintaining accountability at the point of sale.
  • Participate in special projects as assigned.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by management.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma (or GED) required; a degree in Fashion or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in high-end retail or boutique sales.
  • Proficient in inventory management and customer engagement.
  • Experience with Cegid systems for sales transactions and customer relationship management.
  • Familiarity with UPS systems for shipment processing.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
