Opportunity for a Comprehensive Care Physician

Nuvance Health Medical Group is excited to announce an opening for a Comprehensive Care Physician in a vibrant practice environment. This role is pivotal within our Newtown Primary Care & Specialty Practice, where you will collaborate with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including two Physicians, two Physician Assistants, and one Licensed Clinical Social Worker.

Position Overview:
This is a full-time, employed position that offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, performance incentives, generous paid time off, and continuing medical education (CME) allowances. Additional benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability coverage, and a 401k retirement plan with matching contributions. A hiring bonus and relocation assistance may also be available.

Ideal Candidate:
The successful candidate will be a compassionate Family Medicine or Med/Peds Physician committed to delivering high-quality care in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities will encompass managing both acute and chronic health conditions while working alongside a multidisciplinary team to enhance the health and wellness of our patient population.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive quality of care and optimize patient access.
- Ensure exceptional patient experience scores.
- Oversee clinical operations and participate in quality assurance initiatives.
- Collaborate with fellow providers to enhance care delivery processes.
- Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate positive interpersonal relations.

Qualifications:
- MD or DO with a valid state license and DEA registration.
- Completion of a Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Med/Peds residency program.
- Board Certification or eligibility is required.
- Previous experience in primary care is preferred, though new graduates are encouraged to apply.
