We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor to oversee our Assisted Living Community.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Nursing Supervisor, your role will involve:

  • Leading and mentoring nursing staff to ensure exceptional care delivery
  • Managing daily operations, including staff assignments and resource management
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to create and execute care plans
  • Conducting regular evaluations and quality audits to uphold standards
  • Providing training and support to nursing personnel
  • Ensuring adherence to all regulatory guidelines and protocols

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Nursing Supervisor position will possess:

  • A valid RN state nursing license
  • Preferred advanced degree or certification
  • Experience in a supervisory role within a Long-Term Care environment
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • Interest in the healthcare needs of the elderly and chronically ill
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adeptness in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
