-Your Responsibilities:
As a Nursing Assistant Apprentice, you will engage in practical training and receive mentorship to cultivate essential caregiving skills for our residents. This entry-level role provides an excellent chance to earn while you learn, guided by seasoned healthcare professionals. You will participate in classroom instruction, hands-on training, and clinical experiences to prepare for the Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
Core Duties:
- Participate in training sessions to acquire knowledge of healthcare standards and practices
- Learn and implement basic nursing techniques under supervision
- Assist nursing personnel in delivering daily care to residents
- Support residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and grooming
