Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in various technical or operational roles within a manufacturing setting.
  • Proficiency in manufacturing control systems, including Rockwell programming, PLC logic, variable speed motor drives, and HMI systems.
  • A proven track record in Electrical Engineering, demonstrating the ability to implement process and capacity enhancements in both capital and operational projects.

Preferred Qualifications:
Additional expertise in tissue and towel manufacturing, along with experience in plant and staff engineering roles, will be advantageous.

Skills Required:
The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, strong communication skills, and experience in leading projects that align with business objectives are essential.
