Key Responsibilities:

As a Nursing Supervisor, your duties will include:

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Nursing Supervisor position, candidates should possess:

  • A valid RN state nursing license
  • Preferred advanced degree or certification
  • Experience in a supervisory or leadership capacity within a Long-Term Care environment
  • A compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
  • An interest in the healthcare needs of the elderly and chronically ill
  • Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
