COMPENSATION:
$50,000 - $75,000

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the daily operations of the parts warehouse, ensuring optimal staffing and workflow.
  • Recruit and train new team members for the warehouse.
  • Oversee the shipping and receiving of parts.
  • Reconcile received parts with corresponding invoices.
  • Conduct inventory assessments and collaborate with the Parts Manager on stock status.
  • Advise management on inventory levels and needs.
  • Perform timely and constructive performance evaluations.
  • Handle employee discipline and terminations in line with company policies.
  • Facilitate efficient warehouse operations through interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Complete all necessary management reporting.
  • Execute maintenance tasks as required.
  • Research and propose innovative ideas to enhance warehouse efficiency.
  • Participate in scheduled and spontaneous meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong supervisory and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of warehouse operations and procedures.
  • Proficient computer skills.
  • Availability to work weekends.
  • Ability to lift weights ranging from 10 to 50 lbs. as needed.
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods.
  • Exceptional organizational and sequencing abilities.
  • Strong communication and listening skills to address issues professionally.
