The specific responsibilities and benefits may differ across franchises.

Job Summary
As a Radiologic Technologist, you will conduct radiographic and various diagnostic imaging procedures to aid physicians in the assessment of injuries and diseases. You will also assist with both administrative and clinical tasks as necessary, including patient registration and medical assisting duties.

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and clearly explain procedures in a compassionate manner.
- Position patients accurately for diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Implement ALARA radiation safety protocols.
- Process imaging results, ensuring proper identification and quality control, and prepare images for physician review, including radiologist overreads.
- Operate both digital and analog diagnostic imaging equipment, adhering to established radiology techniques and all relevant policies and procedures.
- Support healthcare providers with prescribed patient treatments in accordance with approved standards and protocols.
- Conduct routine maintenance, troubleshoot equipment issues, and arrange for repairs as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports of all work performed.
- Serve as a Medical Receptionist and/or Medical Assistant when required, following appropriate guidelines.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience and/or training is required. ARRT registration or board eligibility is preferred. Licensure must comply with state regulations. In certain states, Medical Assistant Certification, Practical Nursing License, EMT, or Paramedic certification may be acceptable.
