Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be a compassionate Family Medicine or Med/Peds Physician, committed to delivering comprehensive care in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities include:
- Managing acute and chronic conditions
- Collaborating with multidisciplinary support staff to enhance patient health
- Overseeing quality of care and optimizing patient access
- Ensuring exceptional patient experience scores

Position Details:
This is a full-time, office-based role focused on outpatient services with limited on-call obligations. The medical director will play a crucial role in:
- Educating providers on care processes
- Managing medical care delivery and clinical services
- Participating in administrative and clinical meetings
- Maintaining confidentiality and positive interpersonal relations
- Overseeing physician and APP activities, including recruitment and credentialing
- Assisting in the development of practice policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- MD or DO with a valid state license
- Completed residency in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Peds
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Previous experience as a Primary Care Physician is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Shared off-hour coverage with phone triage support
