IT Excellence in Action: Change and Problem Resolution Lead

NYC Health Hospitals is a leader in public healthcare, and we are committed to delivering high-quality care services to our patients. To achieve this goal, we are seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team as a Change and Problem Resolution Lead.

This key position will be responsible for managing and coordinating the design, implementation, and day-to-day operations of Change and Problem management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management, preferably with ITIL certification, and extensive experience working with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow. At least 10 years of operational experience is required, along with excellent problem-solving skills, collaboration abilities, and a self-starting attitude. A master's degree from an accredited institution in a relevant field is necessary, or a bachelor's degree with equivalent experience.

As a Change and Problem Resolution Lead, you will work closely with our Service Management Office program implementation team, providing expert guidance on Change and Problem process, ensuring compliance with corporate policies. You will also support production Operations for Change & Problem management, serve as a liaison between Service Desk & Operations Center, and develop process and procedure documents to support development/production operations.
