About the Role:

  • This SVP, Capital Planning Review will play a critical role in ensuring that our company's capital planning process is thorough, accurate, and aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • The successful candidate will lead the independent review and challenge of Recovery and Resolution Plan submissions, working closely with senior management, regulators, and internal audit teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct rigorous analysis of Recovery and Resolution stress testing and projection assumptions, methodologies, and results.
  2. Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance the comprehensiveness and accuracy of Recovery and Resolution Planning efforts.
  3. Communicate complex findings and recommendations to senior management and regulators through clear and concise reporting.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in risk management or a related field, with 10+ years of experience.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Recovery and Resolution scenario design, Recovery action identification and impact assessment, Resolution Capital Adequacy Positioning and Execution Need (RCAP/RCEN) forecasts, and RRP submission in line with regulatory frameworks.
  • Subject matter expertise in combinations of risk identification, stress testing, market risk, wholesale and retail credit risk, operational risk, and capital forecasting.

Compensation:$176,720 - $265,080 per year, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development.
