Company Overview: PRI Technology is a leading firm in the financial industry, seeking an experienced Associate Director to lead its Resolution Planning efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and economics, with expertise in resolution plan management, liquidity risk management, and capital planning.

Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled professional to serve as the drafting lead for our U.S. Resolution Plan specific chapter on financial forecast. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a framework for resolution planning, conducting ad-hoc analysis, and facilitating periodic validation of key assumptions. They will also lead continuous improvement/automation projects in U.S. Resolution Forecasting and liaise with U.S. Treasury, Liquidity Risk Management, and Capital Planning to develop automation strategies.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 per year, plus an outstanding benefits and bonus structure.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's degree in finance and economics, with 5-8 years of experience in banking or financial services. You should have expertise in independent production of management-ready documentation work products, including prior experience in drafting significant policies, procedures, or chapters. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across multiple functions are essential.
