Job Description

**Job Summary:**

The Colwell Law Group is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Relations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with prospective new clients, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet with prospective new clients to understand their legal needs and provide guidance on our services
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our firm's services and capabilities
  • Collaborate with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Work closely with our legal team to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new clients
  • Record and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and drive business growth

Requirements:

  • 1-5 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in building and maintaining relationships with clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of the legal services industry is a plus
