About the Role

Eagle Metalcraft, a leading manufacturer of precision sheet metal products, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Hunter to join their team. As a Sales Hunter, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, converting prospects into clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Market Research and Analysis: Proactively identify and target new business opportunities in assigned markets, analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
  • Sales Pipeline Development: Engage in cold calling, lead generation, and networking to build a robust sales pipeline, leveraging relationships with potential clients to drive new revenue.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets, collaborating with the sales team to share insights and best practices.
  • Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients throughout the sales cycle, presenting and demonstrating products/services to meet their specific needs.
  • Objection Handling and Closing: Handle objections, overcome challenges, and close deals to drive new revenue, utilizing negotiation and presentation skills to achieve sales targets.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, strategies, and best practices, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Proven track record of success in a sales hunter role or similar position, with a strong background in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Resilience and Motivation: Resilient, persistent, and highly motivated to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a natural drive to be the best and outpace competition.
