About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team at American Management Association Intl. As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling our products and services to existing and prospect corporate customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve stated monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
  • Initiate sales contacts and campaigns to targeted customers to generate revenue
  • Conduct training needs assessments, research available options, and recommend appropriate training solutions
  • Execute corporate marketing strategies for new business acquisition, customer retention, and account development
  • Actively maintain and grow individual and company relationships by providing exceptional customer service and developing additional sales opportunities
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and prospect new customers to continue to grow the business
  • Plan and organize daily work schedules to effectively manage leads and accounts
Requirements
  • High School graduate or equivalent required; college preferred
  • 2+ years of inside sales/account management experience preferred
  • Can-do attitude and curiosity to learn is required
