Position Summary

Ana Luisa is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Operations Floor Supervisor to enhance our retail team. This key leadership role involves managing in-store inventory and ensuring that visual merchandising aligns with our brand standards. The Operations Floor Supervisor will conduct regular inventory checks, maintain sales floor displays according to company guidelines, and ensure the store is presented impeccably. Additionally, this role includes active participation on the sales floor, where the supervisor will train team members, engage with customers, and foster a positive shopping environment while contributing to the achievement of sales goals.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Foster an inclusive team culture that encourages engagement and collaboration, enhancing overall productivity.
  • Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills to facilitate effective communication with the store team and cross-functional partners.
  • Support team development through training, coaching, and feedback on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Exhibit strong leadership on the sales floor, setting a standard for outstanding customer service.
  • Communicate the brand's vision and objectives clearly, ensuring the team understands key performance indicators (KPIs) and store initiatives.

Sales Performance

  • Utilize product knowledge to enhance the customer experience by recommending products that suit individual preferences, creating upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor store revenue goals and KPIs, collaborating with management to develop strategies for improving sales performance.
  • Leverage company resources and incentives to empower the team in achieving store objectives.
  • Inspire the team with a positive approach to reach individual KPI targets and exceed store sales goals.

Customer Engagement

  • Build a loyal customer base through proactive service, ensuring high-quality customer interactions.
  • Work closely with store management and the HQ Marketing Team to plan and execute events that boost brand visibility and community engagement.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to improve brand perception and service quality.

Operational Excellence & Visual Standards

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring accurate pricing and promotional displays while monitoring inventory performance.
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory counts to uphold data accuracy and inventory levels.
  • Deliver a seamless customer experience in an omni-channel environment, managing transactions, returns, and exchanges efficiently.
  • Oversee all operational procedures in compliance with company policies.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing inventory shipments with precision and care.
  • Ensure a well-organized back-of-house area for easy access to inventory.
  • Facilitate daily replenishment of sales floor inventory and train team members on these processes.
  • Collaborate with the HQ operations team to enhance store replenishment and loss prevention strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for improving daily store operations in partnership with management.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail management; jewelry experience is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, particularly in inventory management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales.
  • Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
  • Proficient in Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory management software.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
