Position Summary

Ana Luisa is seeking a proactive and results-oriented Floor Lead of Operations to enhance our retail team. This key leadership role is responsible for managing in-store inventory and ensuring that visual merchandising aligns with our brand standards. The Floor Lead will conduct regular inventory assessments, maintain store presentation, and engage actively on the sales floor, providing training to team members and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for customers.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Foster an inclusive team environment that encourages collaboration and enhances productivity.
  • Communicate effectively with the store team and cross-functional partners to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Support team development through training and constructive feedback on product knowledge and customer service.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership on the sales floor, setting a standard for exceptional customer service.
  • Execute the brand's objectives and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) to the team.

Sales Performance

  • Utilize product knowledge to enhance customer experiences and create upsell opportunities.
  • Monitor store revenue goals and KPIs, developing strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Leverage company resources to support the team in achieving store objectives.
  • Motivate the team to meet individual KPIs and exceed sales targets.

Customer Engagement

  • Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service and clienteling tools.
  • Collaborate with management and marketing teams to plan and execute events that drive traffic and enhance brand visibility.
  • Act as a customer advocate, gathering feedback to improve service quality and product offerings.

Operational Standards & Visual Merchandising

  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring accurate pricing and promotions.
  • Assist in conducting inventory counts and uphold data accuracy.
  • Facilitate a seamless customer experience in an omni-channel environment.
  • Oversee front and back-of-house procedures in compliance with company policies.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing inventory shipments with precision.
  • Ensure a well-organized back-of-house area for efficient inventory management.
  • Support daily replenishment of sales floor inventory and train team members on this process.
  • Collaborate with HQ operations to optimize store replenishment and address operational needs.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail management; jewelry experience is a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, particularly in inventory management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales.
  • Strong leadership skills and business acumen.
  • Proficient in Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory management software.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
