Position Overview
Ana Luisa is seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Floor Supervisor to enhance our retail team.

The Operations Floor Supervisor plays a crucial role within the leadership team, managing in-store inventory and ensuring visual merchandising standards are met.

This position involves conducting regular inventory audits, ensuring that sales floor displays comply with company guidelines, and maintaining an immaculate store presentation.

Additionally, this role includes active participation on the sales floor, mentoring team members, engaging with customers, fostering a positive shopping environment, and contributing to the retail team's revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Cultivate an inclusive team culture that encourages engagement, collaboration, and productivity.
  • Communication: Maintain strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with store team members and cross-functional partners.
  • Training and Development: Promote team growth through coaching and feedback on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service excellence.
  • Sales Performance: Utilize product knowledge to enhance customer experiences and create upsell opportunities.
  • Customer Experience: Build a loyal clientele through exceptional customer service and clienteling tools.
  • Operational Excellence: Uphold visual standards, verify display pricing, and monitor inventory performance metrics.
  • Inventory Management: Assist in leading inventory counts and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications
Preferred qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, 2-3 years of retail management experience (jewelry experience is a plus), and proficiency in inventory management software.
