About the Role

Ana Luisa is seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Floor Supervisor to be an integral part of our retail team. Team Leadership

  • Regularly assess store revenue targets and KPIs, developing strategies to improve sales performance in collaboration with management.
  • Leverage company resources and incentives to motivate the team towards achieving store-wide goals.
  • Encourage and inspire the team to meet individual KPIs and exceed sales targets, fostering a culture of high performance.
Customer Engagement
  • Build lasting customer relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with store management and marketing teams to plan and execute events that enhance brand visibility and community involvement.
  • Act as a customer advocate, gathering feedback to improve brand perception and service quality.
Operational Excellence & Visual Standards
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring accurate pricing and promotional displays while monitoring inventory metrics.
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory counts, ensuring data accuracy and optimal inventory levels.
  • Facilitate a seamless customer experience in an omnichannel environment, managing transactions and returns efficiently.
  • Oversee all operational procedures in compliance with company policies.
  • Ensure meticulous handling of incoming and outgoing inventory shipments, maintaining proper documentation.
  • Organize the back-of-house area for easy access and efficiency.
  • Ensure consistent replenishment of sales floor inventory, providing training to team members as needed.
  • Work closely with the operations team to enhance store replenishment and loss prevention strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for improving daily store operations in collaboration with management.
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail management; experience in jewelry preferred.
  • 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, particularly in inventory management.
  • Proven track record of driving sales.
  • Strong leadership abilities with business insight.
  • Proficient in Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory management software.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
