About the Role
Ana Luisa is seeking a dedicated and proactive Operations Floor Supervisor to be an integral part of our retail team. - Encourage and inspire the team to meet individual KPIs and exceed sales targets, fostering a culture of high performance.
- Build lasting customer relationships through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
- Collaborate with store management and marketing teams to plan and execute events that enhance brand visibility and community involvement.
- Act as a customer advocate, gathering feedback to improve brand perception and service quality.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring accurate pricing and promotional displays while monitoring inventory metrics.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory counts, ensuring data accuracy and optimal inventory levels.
- Facilitate a seamless customer experience in an omnichannel environment, managing transactions and returns efficiently.
- Oversee all operational procedures in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure meticulous handling of incoming and outgoing inventory shipments, maintaining proper documentation.
- Organize the back-of-house area for easy access and efficiency.
- Ensure consistent replenishment of sales floor inventory, providing training to team members as needed.
- Work closely with the operations team to enhance store replenishment and loss prevention strategies.
- Identify opportunities for improving daily store operations in collaboration with management.
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail management; experience in jewelry preferred.
- 2-3 years of experience in retail operations, particularly in inventory management.
- Proven track record of driving sales.
- Strong leadership abilities with business insight.
- Proficient in Shopify, Google Workspace, and inventory management software.
