Veterinary Specialty Clinical Lead

Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee our Specialty Departments.
Located in a vibrant environment, the Clinical Supervisor will play a pivotal role in guiding the specialty departments, emphasizing high-quality, comprehensive, and personalized care for all clients and their pets. This position ensures optimal staffing levels of technical personnel to deliver effective medical services and enhance the client experience. The role comprises approximately 90% technical responsibilities and 10% administrative duties. The departments under supervision include Surgery, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Diagnostic Imaging.
Key Responsibilities: The Clinical Supervisor will be accountable for the following:
- Comprehending the workflow of each specialty department.
- Contributing to problem-solving initiatives for daily operations.
- Fostering constructive and cooperative relationships throughout the organization.
- Promoting mutual trust, respect, communication, and collaboration among team members.
- Advocating for the satisfaction of both internal and external clients.
- Acting as the primary contact in accordance with the assigned duty schedule.
- Assisting in coordinating the necessary training and skill development of staff.
- Collaborating with personnel across all levels and departments to enhance service delivery without compromising care or hospitality.
- Overseeing equipment maintenance and service requirements.
- An associate degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician is essential.
- Demonstrated effective leadership abilities.
- Capacity to foster effective communication among team members.
- Professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Proven capability to lead by example.
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM

- $31-$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
