Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee our Specialty Departments.
The Clinical Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing the specialty departments, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, comprehensive, and personalized care for all clients and their pets. This position focuses primarily on technical responsibilities while incorporating some administrative duties. The departments under supervision include Surgery, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Diagnostic Imaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehend the workflow of each specialty department.
- Contribute to problem-solving initiatives for daily operations.
- Foster constructive and collaborative relationships throughout the organization.
- Promote mutual trust, respect, and effective communication among team members.
- Advocate for the satisfaction of both internal and external clients.
- Act as the primary contact for the hospital according to the assigned schedule.
- Assist in coordinating training and skill development for staff.
- Collaborate with team members across all levels to enhance service delivery without compromising care quality.
- Ensure the maintenance of equipment and service needs.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Ability to facilitate effective communication among team members.
- Professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Proven ability to lead by example.
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM
- Opportunity for on-call duties.
- Hourly rate ranging from $31 to $35, based on qualifications and experience.
