The Clinical Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing the specialty departments, ensuring high-quality, comprehensive, and personalized care for all clients and patients. This position requires maintaining optimal staffing levels of technical personnel to deliver effective medical services and enhance the client experience. The role is primarily technical, with some administrative responsibilities. The departments under supervision include Surgery, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Diagnostic Imaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiarity with the workflow of each department.
- Contributing to problem-solving initiatives for daily operations.
- Building constructive and cooperative relationships throughout the hospital.
- Fostering trust, respect, communication, and collaboration among team members.
- Advocating for the satisfaction of both internal and external clients.
- Acting as the primary contact for assigned duties.
- Assisting in coordinating staff training and skill development.
- Collaborating with staff across all levels to enhance service delivery without compromising care.
- Overseeing equipment maintenance and service requirements.
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities.
- Strong communication skills among team members.
- Professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Proven ability to lead by example.
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
- On-call opportunities available.
- Hourly rate of $31-$35, based on skills and credentials.
