The Clinical Supervisor will play a pivotal role in guiding the specialty departments, emphasizing high-quality, comprehensive, and personalized care for clients and their pets. This position requires ensuring optimal staffing levels of technical personnel across various departments to deliver effective medical services and enhance the client experience. The role comprises 90% technical responsibilities and 10% administrative duties. The departments under supervision include Surgery, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Diagnostic Imaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the workflow of each specialty department.
- Contribute to problem-solving initiatives for daily operations.
- Foster constructive and collaborative relationships throughout the hospital.
- Encourage mutual trust, respect, and effective communication among team members.
- Advocate for the satisfaction of both internal and external clients.
- Act as the primary contact in accordance with the assigned duty schedule.
- Assist in coordinating the necessary training and skill development of staff.
- Collaborate with personnel at all levels to streamline service delivery without compromising care.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and service requirements.
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician.
- Demonstrated effective leadership abilities.
- Strong communication skills to promote teamwork.
- Professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Proven ability to lead by example.
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.
