Veterinary Specialty Clinical Supervisor

Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee our Specialty Departments. This role is based in a dynamic environment focused on providing exceptional care for both clients and patients.
The Clinical Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing the specialty departments, ensuring high standards of care and effective staffing levels to facilitate optimal medical services. This position is primarily technical, with some administrative responsibilities. The departments under supervision include Surgery, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Diagnostic Imaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehend the workflow of each specialty department.
- Contribute to problem-solving initiatives for daily operations.
- Foster constructive relationships throughout the organization.
- Promote trust, respect, and effective communication among team members.
- Advocate for the satisfaction of both internal and external clients.
- Act as the primary contact in accordance with the assigned duty schedule.
- Assist in coordinating training and skill development for staff.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to enhance service delivery while maintaining care quality.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and service requirements.
- Associate's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Ability to foster effective communication among team members.
- Professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Proven track record of leading by example.
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM.

- Hourly rate between $31 and $35, based on qualifications.
