Veterinary Specialty Clinical Leader

Ethos Veterinary Health is seeking a dedicated Clinical Supervisor to oversee our Specialty Departments.
This role, based in a dynamic environment, focuses on delivering high-quality, comprehensive, and personalized care for all clients and patients. The Clinical Supervisor will ensure optimal staffing levels of technical personnel across various departments to facilitate effective medical services and enhance the client experience. This position is primarily technical, with a minor administrative component. The departments under supervision include Surgery, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Diagnostic Imaging.
Key Responsibilities: The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for:
- Gaining a thorough understanding of each department's workflow.
- Contributing to problem-solving initiatives for daily operations.
- Fostering constructive and cooperative relationships throughout the hospital.
- Promoting trust, respect, communication, and collaboration among team members.
- Advocating for the satisfaction of both internal and external customers.
- Acting as the primary contact for assigned duties.
- Assisting in coordinating necessary training and skill development for staff.
- Collaborating with personnel across all levels and departments to enhance service delivery without compromising care quality.
- Overseeing equipment maintenance and service requirements.
- An associate's degree or equivalent work experience is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician is necessary.
- Demonstrated effective leadership abilities.
- Strong communication skills to foster team collaboration.
- Professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Proven ability to lead by example.
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM
- On-call opportunities available.
- $31-$35/hour, based on experience and qualifications.
