Located in a vibrant community, the Clinical Supervisor will play a pivotal role in enhancing the quality of care provided to our clients and patients. This position emphasizes a commitment to comprehensive, accessible, and personalized veterinary services, ensuring that our technical staff is adequately supported to deliver exceptional medical care. The role consists of approximately 90% technical responsibilities and 10% administrative duties, encompassing departments such as Surgery, Neurology, Ophthalmology, Internal Medicine, Oncology, and Diagnostic Imaging.
Key Responsibilities: The Clinical Supervisor will be tasked with the following:
- Familiarity with the operational workflow of each specialty department.
- Contributing to problem-solving initiatives for daily departmental functions.
- Fostering constructive and collaborative relationships within the hospital.
- Promoting trust, respect, and effective communication among team members.
- Advocating for the satisfaction of both internal and external clients.
- Acting as the primary contact for hospital-related inquiries as per the assigned schedule.
- Assisting in the coordination of staff training and skill development.
- Collaborating with personnel across various departments to enhance service delivery while maintaining care standards.
- Overseeing equipment maintenance and service requirements.
- An associate degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Veterinary Technician is necessary.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Strong communication skills to facilitate teamwork.
- Professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Proven ability to lead by example and inspire others.
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM
- Potential for on-call duties
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from $31 to $35, based on experience and qualifications.
