We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at BHI Energy. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our financial team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Answering telephones and responding to inquiries
- Distributing mail and packages
- Recording minutes and maintaining company files
- Performing basic bookkeeping and office administration tasks
- Providing exceptional customer service
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an office management role
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting processes
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
