About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our financial team

  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
  • Record minutes and maintain company files
  • Perform data entry and other clerical tasks as needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an office management role
  • Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting processes
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
