We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team at BHI Energy. As an Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to our financial team
- Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Record minutes and maintain company files
- Perform data entry and other clerical tasks as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an office management role
- Strong knowledge of office procedures and basic accounting processes
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
