About the Position

As a Resident Customer Service Representative for Elevate Living Property Management, you will be the primary point of contact for our residents, providing exceptional customer service and support. Your role will involve communicating with residents, vendors, and other stakeholders via phone and email to resolve inquiries, manage records, and maintain positive relationships with our 47 properties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Elevate Support: Assist in preparing and distributing correspondence, reports, and documents, while maintaining and updating resident and property records, including lease agreements and maintenance logs. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and property inspections.
  • Elevate Operations: Coordinate and monitor maintenance requests, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner to keep our properties running smoothly. Manage data entry tasks, meticulously updating records to support compliance efforts. Additionally, you will assist with all compliance-related activities, ensuring that all regulatory and company standards are met and maintained consistently.
  • Elevate Communication: Handle phone calls and emails from residents, contractors, and vendors, relay resident requests and issues to the appropriate parties, and ensure follow-up. Prepare and send resident notices about maintenance, rent reminders, and other announcements, while providing excellent customer service by promptly addressing resident concerns and resolving issues.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma required; advanced education preferred.
  • 1-year experience working in a professional environment.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to communicate in writing and verbally with all levels of employees, residents, prospects, and vendors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with focus on accuracy and completeness.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite products including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential information.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Previous property management experience is a plus.
