Job Overview

Estimated Salary Range: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in client administration, communication, and relationship-building to drive business growth and success. As a Senior Client Liaison Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Client Relationship Management

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless communication.

Strategic Client Support

You will work closely with clients to develop and implement tailored strategies that align with their goals and objectives, driving business growth and success.

Communication and Coordination

You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, coordinating all communication between parties, including email correspondence, phone calls, and in-person meetings.

Technical Support

You will provide technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on the use of our products and services.

Training and Development

You may be responsible for training and assisting junior members of staff, driving knowledge sharing and development within the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

Relevant Qualifications

Part or qualified STEP/ICSA or equivalent.

Experience

At least 3 years in a TCSP administration environment, managing a client portfolio.

Key Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Desirable Skills

CCH, Viewpoint, and Laserfiche experience would be advantageous but not essential.
