The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish and maintain professional relationships with local businesses./ppbKey Responsibilities:/b/pulliDevelop and implement marketing plans to promote job opportunities and labor market information to local businesses./liliEstablish and maintain relationships with local businesses to develop job orders and other employment arrangements./liliMake presentations to employers and program participants about employment opportunities and labor market information./liliOrganize and coordinate local job fairs to connect job seekers with local employers./liliConduct employer follow-up to determine quality of services rendered and quality and quantity of referrals./liliDevelop agreements with businesses for On-the-Job Training, Subsidized Employment, and Work Experience, and other programs as needed./liliRespond to and resolve local business needs through the provision of services available through the Job Center of Wisconsin network./liliDirect, control, and supervise the work activity of business services staff, identify and fill open positions in a timely manner, hire and promote employees based on sound decision making ability, evaluate and recommend personnel actions fairly and quickly, deliver timely coaching and conduct employee evaluations when scheduled./li/ulpbRequirements:/b/pulliBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience./liliExperience facilitating committee meetings, making presentations to and establishing relationships with a variety of associations, employer groups, etc., providing workforce related technical assistance to employers, conducting research; analyzing systems and making continuous improvement recommendations in order to meet or exceed established outcomes./liliStrong computer skills including ASSET and Job Center of Wisconsin, with experience using word processing and spreadsheet software programs./liliExcellent analytical, organizational, verbal and written skills./liliValid driver's license and adequate vehicle insurance coverage./li/ulpbWorking at Dynamic Workforce Solutions:/b We are a dynamic and innovative company that is passionate about helping individuals and businesses succeed.
