Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and support to residents, promoting their dignity and independence.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, mobility, and daily tasks.
- Observe and report changes in residents' condition and status.
- Conduct rounds to monitor for hazards or incidents.
- Assist with dining, including escorting residents to the dining room and clean up.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- CNA certification is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other associates in English.
