Senior Project Manager - Construction

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and evaluate RFPs and bidding processes, including subcontractor selection and outreach;
- Manage the estimation process across various phases, including pre-development, development, and design/build projects;
- Conduct site walkthroughs;
- Develop and manage requests for information;
- Create and oversee project budgets, including change orders;
- Negotiate client contracts and subcontractor agreements, including scope reviews;
- Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle;
- Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget;
- Lead project teams, including Superintendents and Project Engineers;
- Effectively manage client expectations and contractual commitments;
- Facilitate productive meetings with project teams and clients;
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during project execution;
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the commercial construction sector.
- In-depth knowledge of MEP, civil, concrete, structural steel, carpentry, and finishing trades and subcontractors.
- Proficient in on-screen takeoff and Microsoft Suite software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Project.
- Ability to estimate and take off projects for rough order of magnitude.
- Preferred experience with Procore.
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
