Position Summary:

We are in search of a meticulous and highly organized Construction Project Coordinator to manage projects from initiation to final delivery. This position entails overseeing all facets of project execution, including collaboration with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to guarantee that projects are finalized on schedule, within financial constraints, and to the utmost quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Facilitate project planning meetings and outline project objectives, scopes, and deliverables.
  2. Create comprehensive project timelines, resource allocations, and financial plans.
  3. Track project advancements and implement modifications as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
  4. Engage in clear and effective communication with clients, team members, and stakeholders to provide progress updates and solicit feedback.
  5. Collaborate with designers, engineers, fabricators, and installers to meet project specifications and deadlines.
  6. Identify and resolve any challenges that arise throughout the project lifecycle.
  7. Maintain thorough documentation for all project activities.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.

A minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally within commercial casework, construction, or manufacturing sectors.

A solid understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards is essential.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are necessary.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is expected.

Experience with Innergy ERP software is highly advantageous.

PMP certification is considered a plus.
