  • Project Scoping: Conduct comprehensive scoping sessions, engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, and ensure clear documentation of project scope, objectives, and deliverables to facilitate successful project execution. Lead the development of Requests for Information (RFI) to clarify project details and manage requests for changes (RFCs) and change orders in a timely manner.
  • Project Scheduling: Develop, present, and manage project timelines, proactively identifying risks and implementing strategies to ensure timely project completion. Collaborate with project engineers to define and monitor tasks and milestones.
  • Budget Management: Implement best practices for budget planning, monitoring, and control throughout the project lifecycle. This includes creating detailed budget forecasts, tracking expenditures, ensuring timely invoicing, and applying cost-effective strategies to maintain financial integrity.
  • Cost Estimation: Perform thorough evaluations of project requirements, resource needs, materials, and potential risks to produce accurate cost estimates. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to refine estimates and ensure alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations.
  • Proposal Development: Assess project requirements and collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft competitive and persuasive project proposals.
