Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the pre-construction process, establishing project schedules, and facilitating clash detection and resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior project managers and directors to lead the pre-construction process, utilizing our extensive database and industry software.
  • Establish and manage project schedules, utilizing pull-planning processes and software such as ProjectSite.
  • Facilitate clash detection and resolution, ensuring issues are addressed for the overall benefit of the project.
  • Lead owner meetings and maintain open communication with clients, ensuring their needs are met.
  • Identify and manage project risks and costs, anticipating potential issues and communicating effectively with supervisors.
  • Prepare monthly profit projections and lead the close-out process, ensuring all parties are informed and involved.
  • Ensure accurate and timely client billing, and coach team members under their responsibility.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a project manager.
  • A 4-year college degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with Project Site, Plan Grid, or Phoenix is a plus.
  • Superior command of the commercial construction process.
  • High desire to be part of an inclusive and diverse work team.
  • Proven track record of safe, timely, and successful project completion.
  • Outstanding planning and scheduling skills.
  • High sensitivity to client needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with all parties involved.
  • Excellent understanding and implementation of risks and costs management.
  • Familiarity with Prolog/Encompass, Plan Grid, and Textura.
  • OSHA 30 certification.
