Position Overview:

As a Client Success Specialist, your primary focus will be on client satisfaction and retention by effectively managing the entire revenue cycle process. This includes overseeing all operational aspects of client accounts, optimizing account performance through detailed analytics, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations. You will manage and respond to client inquiries with a focus on fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage multiple high-profile clients through comprehensive revenue cycle and relationship management.
  • Utilize healthcare expertise and a passion for relationship-building to enhance client financial performance while advocating for their patients and communities.
  • Coordinate internal and external project teams to enrich the client experience through our services and technology.
  • Support clients in maintaining the highest standards of patient care by providing insightful financial and operational metrics, sharing compliance updates, and monitoring business performance.
  • Ensure clients derive maximum benefit from their engagement with EMS Management and Consultants Inc by nurturing high-value relationships within their organizations.
  • Identify creative opportunities to enhance financial performance and leverage additional revenue streams aligned with client values.
  • Promote camaraderie and cultural alignment through effective communication.
  • Maintain continuity in client relationships by documenting meetings and significant interactions.
  • Manage risks and capitalize on opportunities for new clients through participation in implementation projects.
  • Ensure ongoing business process support by monitoring contract statuses and proactively engaging in contract renewals.
  • Engage in continuous personal development through EMS Management and Consultants Inc University courses and other learning opportunities.
  • Assist the Sales and Marketing team in identifying new relationships through established networks.
  • Participate in company meetings, committees, and client events.
  • Serve as a resource for other departments as needed.
  • Conduct training and meetings to ensure thorough understanding of client needs.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Conduct all tasks with professionalism, respect, and confidentiality, adhering to company compliance policies.
  • Consistently support and embody the company vision and values.
Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree or higher in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in healthcare billing, client account management, sales, or marketing.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to stay informed on relevant payer and regulatory trends.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Comfortable with public speaking to diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications.
Preferred Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, healthcare, marketing, or a related business field.
  • Demonstrated career progression with increasing responsibilities.
  • Experience in healthcare or EMS billing and revenue cycle management.
  • Familiarity with various technology applications, including software packages and SaaS.
  • Frequent travel may be required.
  • General office environment capabilities.
  • Ability to perform tasks involving typing, sitting, standing, walking, and some light lifting.
  • Use of standard office equipment such as computers, fax machines, printers, copiers, and telephones.
Remote Work Requirements:
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace at home.
  • A secure internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20 Mbps and upload speed of 10 Mbps.
