About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Fiduciary to join our Wealth Management team in Greenville, DE. This role will involve working closely with high-net-worth clients and families, providing trusted advice and guidance on their financial matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and objectives.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities and determine whether they align with our firm's risk appetite.
  • Administer trusts in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring proper controls and oversight.
  • Mentor junior fiduciary associates and analysts, helping them grow in their roles.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.
  • JD, CTFA, or CPA preferred, but not required.
  • 12+ years of experience in trust administration.
  • Experience and knowledge in Delaware trust administration and trust law is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in fiduciary taxation a plus.
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal communication skills.
