This role is responsible for coordinating the internal service process for assigned commercial property and clients in a new, industry-changing brokerage.

The Small Business Team is seeking a client-focused, detail-oriented, and ambitious individual to join their team of highly motivated, inclusive, and open to new ideas.

A successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to partner with Account Managers, Account Executives, and Producers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review client communications and deliverables.
  • Execute consistent and accurate data and information entry and maintenance in various systems.
  • Execute consistent and accurate database and document management processes and workflows.
  • Solid communication skills.
Requirements:
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to respond to client and team needs.
  • Ability to learn and adopt and train use of technology systems and software applications.
  • Ability to review internal/external deliverables to ensure accuracy.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 1-3+ years working at an insurance brokerage in the commercial sector.
  • Strong administration experience.
  • Past work of successfully outsourcing workflows.
  • Experience supporting and reporting into high-level Account Managers.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.

Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
