Financial Data Coordinator and Account Specialist

About the Role:
This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring that all financial transactions are properly accounted for. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and spreadsheets.
- Ensure that all financial transactions are properly recorded and accounted for.
- Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Classify, code, and summarize numerical and financial data to compile and keep financial records.
- Prepare and maintain statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 1 year of related work experience in accounting or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
