Job Description

At RSI Security, we are seeking a highly skilled Client Account Coordinator to join our team. This role will play a pivotal part in supporting our service delivery team by facilitating change orders, renewals, and upsell business opportunities among existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts of existing clients
  • Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
  • Generate proposals
  • Coordinate between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Project Managers (PMs)
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in account management, sales support, or similar role
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce and Hubspot preferred)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
