Job Summary:

RSI Security is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Account Coordinator to support the service delivery team in facilitating change orders, renewals, and upsell business opportunities among existing clients. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to drive client satisfaction and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts of existing clients
Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Generate proposals and maintain accurate sales records
Coordinate between Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Project Managers (PMs)
Maintain accurate client records in CRM software

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven experience in account management, sales support, or similar role
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with a strong attention to detail
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce and Hubspot preferred)
Proficiency in Google Workspace
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data
