**About the Role:**
Virginia Commonwealth University's School of Medicine is seeking an experienced Human Resources Administrator to support its clinical departments. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, benefits, and employee relations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage HR systems and processes to ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with department administrators to initiate and complete recruitment processes.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and faculty.
- Maintain accurate records and processing needs for staff and faculty.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in human resources management.
- Strong consultative skills and ability to develop relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.
**Estimated Salary:** $72,000 - $82,000 per annum.
