About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Leave and HR Compliance Administrator to join our team at LL Flooring. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as managing employee benefits and leave programs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees.
  • Collaborate with management to resolve HR-related issues and concerns.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR and benefits.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
