Benefits Administrator and HR Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Leave and HR Compliance Administrator to join our team at LL Flooring. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, as well as managing employee benefits and leave programs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure fair and consistent treatment of employees.
- Collaborate with management to resolve HR-related issues and concerns.
- Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to HR and benefits.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
