**Job Description:**

The Virginia Commonwealth University's School of Medicine is seeking an experienced Clinical Department HR Manager to support its clinical departments. This role will be responsible for overseeing HR functions, including recruitment, hiring, performance management, and employee relations.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Manage HR systems and processes to ensure compliance with university policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with department administrators to initiate and complete recruitment processes.
  • Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures to staff and faculty.
  • Maintain accurate records and processing needs for staff and faculty.

**Requirements:**

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in human resources management.
  • Strong consultative skills and ability to develop relationships with internal teams and stakeholders.

**Estimated Salary:** $75,000 - $85,000 per annum.
