About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew as an HR Support Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support for HR-related activities and contribute to maintaining excellent employee experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality administrative support for HR operations, ensuring seamless communication and efficient processes.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases, guaranteeing data integrity and compliance with regulations.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues to resolve queries, address concerns, and promote a positive work environment.


Requirements:
Education: GCSE standard or equivalent
Experience: Administrative role with teamwork experience
Skills: Excellent attention to detail, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, with a 'can-do' attitude

Working Arrangements:
• Three days per week, including Thursday and Friday, plus one other day (to be agreed)
