About This Role

As a seasoned clinical leader, you will assume responsibility for overseeing the Emergency Department at i4 Search Group. With a strong focus on delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring operational efficiency, you will lead by example and empower your team to excel in their roles.

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Manager with a proven track record of leadership in an acute care setting. Your expertise in managing staff, resources, and budgets will be crucial in driving success in this role. As a key member of our management team, you will contribute to strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team of clinicians and support staff in the Emergency Department.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve patient satisfaction, quality of care, and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics to inform business decisions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Foster open communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and external partners.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent within the department.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Active RN license within the state of practice.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital setting, including 3 years of leadership experience in an acute care environment.
  • Proven track record of improving patient outcomes, reducing costs, and increasing staff engagement.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
