Job Description:

The HR Manager will be responsible for various tasks including but not limited to:

  • Maintaining employee files
  • Assisting with payroll processing
  • Providing administrative support to employees
  • Reviewing and signing contracts
  • Sending letters to vendors
  • FOLLOWING-UP ON ALL CORRESPONDENCE
  • Producing and distributing correspondence
  • Picking up mail from IDATA (Monument Location)
  • Scanning checks and going to the bank to deposit checks
  • Providing support to the immediate supervisor
  • Providing information by answering questions and requests
  • Handling multiple projects at one time
  • Ordering office supplies
  • CARRYING OUT ALL ADMINISTRATIVE DUTIES
  • Maintaining legal documents
  • Resolving administrative issues
  • Copying and printing out documents

Salary: $60,000 per year
